MALAY rights group Perkasa will send a memorandum to the Rulers Council, seeking for a royal commission or a steering committee to monitor the progress of the bumiputra economic agenda.
“This committee will discuss and make regular reports on the progress of the bumiputra economic agenda before 2020,” said its chief Datuk Ibrahim Ali, adding that it would be an independent third party to provide input to the Rulers Council.
