PETALING JAYA: Online e-government services portal MyEG claims to have “normalised” operations from Friday after its service was hampered by unexpected high user volume.
Its managing director Wong Thean Soon said that serving about 200,000 requests daily since Dec 1 had caused MyEG to lag, with 80% of the requests related to inquiries and payments of police summonses.
