KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court ruled Thursday that it had no jurisdiction to hear the lawsuit filed by former PKR deputy secretary-general P. Jenapala against three office-bearers of the party in relation to the deputy president’s post.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Aziah Ali dismissed Jenapala’s originating summons and ordered him to pay RM15,000 in costs to the defendants.
