DOCUMENTS and minutes related to applications for publication permits are classified as confidential, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.
Civil servants could not reveal the details of such applications as they were bound by the Official Secrets Act, he told Nurul Izzah Anwar (PKR-Lembah Pantai) in a written reply.
