Dengue update: Death toll rises to 121 with death of engineer


KUALA LUMPUR: An engineer from Selangor is the latest dengue casualty in the week beginning Nov 7, bringing the total number of deaths caused by dengue this year to 121.

Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Mohd Ismail Merican said the 47-year-old victim died at his house in Taman Bukit Mewah, Kajang on Nov 9. The man was afflicted with the fever on Oct 28.
