KUALA LUMPUR: Former Parti Keadilan Rakyat deputy secretary-general P. Jenapala is suing the party (PKR) to get a declaration that he is entitled to contest the position of deputy president of PKR.
Jenapala is seeking a declaration that his disqualification as a candidate for the post of PKR’s deputy president was unlawful and contrary to his rights as a party member.
