MALACCA: The National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) is upset over the compulsory annual RM10 annual fee imposed by the State Education Officers Sports and Culture Council on more than 11,000 teachers and non-teaching staff.
NUTP president Hashim Adnan said its members here are unhappy that the council is forcing them to pay the annual subscription.
