KUALA LUMPUR: Sungai Siput Member of Parliament (MP) Dr Michael Jeyakumar Devaraj has filed a suit against the Malaysian Government and two others to seek a declaration that the special constituency allocation must be provided to all MPs equally.
Dr Michael, from the Parti Sosialis Malaysia, filed the application for a judicial review via the firm Messrs Sreenevasan at the High Court registry here on Friday.
