KUALA LUMPUR: A local television support equipment supplier, AV Asia Sdn Bhd, has filed an injunction to restrain Astro's sister company Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd (MBNS) and another company from using its confidential information pertaining to the Astro B.yond high definition (HD) product.
The injunction was filed at the High Court registry here via the firm of Messrs Watson Peters & Mohd Fuad at 11am Wednesday.
