KUALA LUMPUR: Former Immigration Department director-general Datuk Wahid Md Don has been acquitted by a Sessions Court here of a bribery charge.
Judge Rosbiahanin Arifin ruled that the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie case after hearing evidence from 40 witnesses, including former Home Minister Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar.
