KUALA LUMPUR: Civil servants should adhere to three basic values – integrity, quality work performance and knowledge – to improve their performance, Tan Sri Sidek Hassan said.
The Chief Secretary to the Government said the concept of integrity should be viewed in a wider context besides honesty and trustworthiness.
