KOTA KINABALU: The Government has pledged to ensure that milk supplied to pupils under the 1Malaysia milk programme conforms to the standard set by the Health Ministry.
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who launched the scheme here yesterday, said the standard was set to prevent a repeat of past incidents where pupils suffered food poisoning after consuming milk supplied under the School Milk Scheme.
