KOTA KINABALU: A review of Sabah’s 42-year-old Native Customary Rights (NCR) law is needed to bring it up to date with the current situation, says former Sabah State Secretary Tan Sri Simon Sipaun.
He noted that certain elements in the legislation were archaic and no longer suitable.
