Charge deferred for DAP man for having DVDs of Perak govt tussle

IPOH: Tebing Tinggi assemblyman Ong Boon Piow, who was to be charged on Tuesday with possession of DVDs of a state assembly meeting under a tree last year, got a reprieve.

The charge under Section 6(1)(a) of the Film Censorship Act, was "deferred" due to instruction from the state prosecution chief.
