Heart centre to start beating soon

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah’s heart treatment centre, which began accepting patients in April, will be fully operational within three months, Sabah Medical Department director Dr Mohd Yusof Ibrahim said.

He said by then, the four doctors, nurses and other supporting staff for the unit would have returned from special training at similar heart treatment centres at hospitals in Johor Baru and Kuching.
