PUTRAJAYA: Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim lost his appeal at the Court of Appeal here Friday to obtain medical reports of three Kuala Lumpur Hospital (KLH) doctors who had examined Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, the person he is alleged to have sodomised.
Justice Datin Paduka Zaleha Zahari, leading a three-man panel, dismissed Anwar's appeal after accepting the submissions forwarded by Solicitor-General II Datuk Mohamed Yusof Zainal Abiden on a jurisdictional point.
