Court awards RM113,008 to farmers

TEMERLOH: The Pahang Land and Mines Department has been found negligent over procedures involving the issuance of a land title that resulted in income loss for two Raub farmers.

The court awarded Lee Kok Seng, 32, and his father Lee Teik Choon, 61, a total of RM113,008 in damages.
