Candlelight vigil sees arrests; activists huddle at shopping mall

PETALING JAYA: The candlelight vigil to mark the 50th anniversary of the Internal Security Act’s existence saw police detain several people and move those who gathered for it into a nearby shopping mall.

Among those who were detained on Sunday night were Gerakan Mansuhkan ISA chairman Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh and PKR supreme council member Badrul Hisham Shaharin.
