KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Mohd Zaid Ibrahim failed to show elements of "bargaining" with promise and counter-promise by any identified electors to vote for Hulu Selangor MP P. Kamalanathan, the Election Court here heard Wednesday.
Kamalanathan's lead counsel Firoz Hussein Ahmad Jamaluddin submitted that there must be a promise and counter-promise by any identified electors to vote for Kamalanathan in order for it to constitute a "bargain".
