KUALA LUMPUR: A proposal will be made to exhibit the Speaker’s chair presented by the British House of Commons to Malaysia in 1963 at the 50th anniversary of Parliament on Oct 11.
Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said he would make the proposal at a meeting with Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia and Dewan Negara president Tan Sri Abu Zahar Ujang.
