KUALA LUMPUR: Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam is suing a former MIC Petaling Jaya Selatan division chairman, a daily Tamil newspaper publisher and two others for allegedly defaming him.
He named former chairman V. Subramaniam, 55, newspaper publisher Makkal Osai Sdn Bhd, its printer FKZ Printing Sdn Bhd, its reporter K. Devandran as defendants in his suit.
