KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has declared as valid the dissolution of a retirement trust fund created by Petronas for the benefit of its employees by dismissing a case that challenged the validity of the scheme.
Judicial Commissioner Lee Swee Seng dismissed the originating summons filed by former Petronas internal audit manager Mohd Azli Abd Aziz, 52, with RM3,000 in costs.
