THE busy border town of Rantau Panjang is underdeveloped despite collecting the highest amount in assessments compared to other districts in the state.
Even the drainage system there was substandard, said state Tourism, Culture and Local Government Committee chairman Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan (PAS-Bunut Payung).
