KUALA LUMPUR: Four Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) students who were alleged to have campaigned in the Hulu Selangor by-election obtained an interim injunction on Wednesday to stop the disciplinary proceedings against them by the university.
High Court judge Datuk Aziah Ali made the decision in chambers after both parties agreed to extend the ex-parte injunction obtained by the students on June 1 pending the disposal of their originating summons.
