SHAH ALAM: The Teoh Beng Hock inquest in the Coroner's Court was told Tuesday that Thai pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand was reluctant to testify because she could not defend her previous statement that the political aide was murdered.
Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief prosecutor Datuk Abdul Razak Musa said the reason given by Dr Pornthip - that she feared for her safety in this country - was unfounded because there was no proof or police report lodged to support the claim.
