KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed July 5 for mention of Jill Ireland Lawrence Bill’s challenge to the Home Ministry’s decision to seize religious materials containing the word “Allah” in eight compact discs from her in 2008.
Senior assistant registrar Akhiruddin @ Boy Acho fixed the date in chambers after meeting Ireland’s lawyers - Annou Xavier and Kenny Ng - and Senior Federal Counsel Arik Sanusi, who appeared for the Home Minister and the Government.
