KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court here has set June 14 to decide on the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's (MACC) application to impound the international passport of P. Chithirakala, the former chief executive officer (CEO) of the Maju Institute of Educational Development (MIED).
Judge Azizah Mahamud fixed the date after hearing submissions from deputy public prosecutor Kevin Morais from the MACC and Chithirakala, 39, who represented herself.
