SHAH ALAM: The Selangor state government has made arrangements for Thai forensic expert Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand to testify at the Teoh Beng Hock inquest via video conferencing.
Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim said Wednesday that state's lawyers had made an application to the Coroner's Court on Monday to hold the video conferencing.
