PKR Wanita chief: Give Selcat a chance to probe scandal

PETALING JAYA: Selangor’s Select Com­mittee on Competency, Accountability and Transparency (Selcat) should be given a chance to probe the state’s sand-mining scandal before an independent committee is appointed to see to this, said PKR Wanita chief Zuraida Kamaruddin.

She suggested that Pakatan Rakyat MPs without ties to sand-mining should be appointed to this committee.
