‘Ngap Sayot’ to be Pakatan’s battle cry

SIBU: Pakatan Rakyat will adopt Sarawak’s one-time famed football battle cry of “Ngap Sayot” for the state election which has to be called by May next year.

DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng said this clarion call was appropriate for the Opposition coalition because of its meaning and how Sarawakians associated the phrase with going forward and on the offensive.
