KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Forestry Department has called for stricter cross-border enforcement against “intruders” who steal tangar bark from mangrove swamps.
Department deputy director Fidelis Edwin Bajau said theft of the bark was widspread and committed by foreign intruders in Pulau Banggi and Kinabatangan.
