KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court dismissed an application by Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to strike out the defence of Deputy Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Datuk Hamzah Zainuddin in the former’s RM10mil defamation suit against him.
Judicial Commissioner Dr Prasad Sandosham Abraham, in his ruling, said it was unfair for him to strike out the defence at this stage, and ordered for the case to be heard in full.
