KUALA LUMPUR: For relating her experience in Gaza and the plight of the people trapped there without aid, The Star journalist Shahanaaz Habib won the MPI Best International Journalism Award.
She and a group of journalists crossed the Rafah checkpoint on the Egypt-Gaza border into the occupied territory where she interviewed people who lived in dire conditions.
