ALOR SETAR: Fuel thieves are getting bolder: they are now stealing fuel straight from the underground storage tanks of service stations.
In what is believed to be the first such case in the country, the Shell service station in Alor Merah here lost about 3,400 litres of diesel to thieves who stole the fuel from its underground storage tank.
