KOTA BARU: The Kelantan students who will receive money from the Federal Government’s first disbursement of its RM20mil compassionate fund to the state, have been selected based on eligibility and without any political bias.
Kelantan Umno Liaison Committee chairman Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said the students, regardless of their race, were picked based on criteria determined by the state Education Department.
