KUALA LUMPUR: Police arrested 21 foreign guest relations officers aged between 20 and 26 years in an anti-vice operation codenamed "Ops Noda" at a restaurant in Jalan Inai, opposite Bukit Bintang here on Thursday night.
Kuala Lumpur secret societies, vice and gambling unit staff officer DSP Razali Abu Samah said police also arrested a man and a woman, both locals, who were running the premises in the 10pm raid.
