KUALA LUMPUR: Wanita MCA annual general assembly was conducted in accordance to the party constitution, the wing’s secretary-general Heng Seai Kie said.
She said 350 delegates attended the meeting and this was more than the 200 quorum requirement as stated in the party constitution.
