PUTRAJAYA: The Home Ministry has refuted a foreign news report that the two Malaysian men abducted from Sabah’s east coast Semporna district had been taken by the Abu Sayaff militant group.
Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein (pic) said that based on information he had obtained, the abductions were not linked to the terrorist group.
