KUALA LUMPUR: Kelantan Regent Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra’s action to revoke his brother Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra’s membership in the Kelantan Succession Council cannot be reviewed, ruled the High Court.
In dismissing the latter’s judicial review application, High Court judge Justice Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof yesterday ordered the prince to pay costs to the Regent and seven others named in the civil action.
