PUTRAJAYA: Fugitive Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamaruddin may face a third charge if he is brought back to Malaysia, this time for using a foreign passport to leave the country.
“We have to consider (charging Raja Petra) if there is a report lodged against him and investigations are conducted from the report made,” Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail told reporters yesterday.
