JOHOR BARU: Singaporeans have been flooding the MCA public complaints bureau here with concerns about the latest policy banning foreign-registered cars from pumping more than 20 litres of fuel within 50km from the border.
Its deputy chief Michael Tay said many local businessmen were also worried, adding that many were confused about the announcement and wanted further explanation.
