KUALA LUMPUR: The “enticement case” involving celebrity Daphne Iking has stalled temporarily because one of its parties has challenged the constitutional validity of the law being used.
Darren Choy Khin Ming, who is being sued by Iking’s husband for “enticing” her away, applied to refer seven constitutional questions to the High Court.
