Temerloh council's appeal against court ruling in favour of Subramaniam is dismissed


TEMERLOH: The High Court dismissed the notice for an appeal in respect to an earlier ruling made in favour of Subramaniam Gopal who won in his fight against Temerloh Municipal Council (MPT)'s directive barring him from selling fish and vegetables in his mini market.

Judicial Commissioner Akhtar Tahir struck out the notice after hearing submissions from Subramaniam's counsel, Datuk M. Ramachelvam, in the court here Tuesday.
