KUALA LUMPUR: Former assemblyman for Kota Siputeh Datuk Abu Hassan Sarif has filed an appeal against the High Court decision on Monday which declared the state seat vacant and that he was no longer the assemblyman for the seat.
Abu Hassan filed the notice of appeal at the High Court registry here at 1.35pm on Tuesday through his counsel Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun.
