A PLAN by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) to turn several roads in Brickfields into one-way streets has not been well-received by the residents, Malaysia Nanban reported.
Brickfields Rukun Tetangga Sector chairman S.K. Naidu said the plan was not only inappropriate but would cause massive traffic congestion as there were 12 schools, two training centres for the disabled, houses of worship, housing estates and business premises within the area.
