KUALA LUMPUR: Former MCA legal bureau chief Datuk Leong Tang Chong has challenged his successor to explain why the second extraordinary general meeting called by 16 central committee members is unconstitutional.
He said Lim Hong Sang must explain under what provision of the party constitution is the requisition for an EGM unconstitutional.
