SEVERAL MPs have called on the Government to amend the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act to check the powers of agencies and enforcement officers.
Datuk Ismail Kasim (BN – Arau), when debating Budget 2010, said there was a possibility that the Acts could be used to mistreat a person and be used unfairly.
