MELBOURNE: The New South Wales state government will ask the State Parole Authority to reverse its decision to release one of the two Malaysians convicted of murdering renowned heart surgeon Victor Chang.
The parole authority has determined that Phillip Lim Choon Tee will be released from Parramatta Jail on Nov 11, when he would have served his minimum sentence of 18 years.
