Bi Jing scores with her balanced seesaw

KUALA LUMPUR: For Chan Bi Jing, nine, gender equality is a boy and a girl happily creating a balance on a seesaw.

Her drawing of the simple yet meaningful balanced seesaw captured the attention of her peers in Europe, who picked hers as one of the two winning drawings from the Asian region for the International Children’s Drawing Competition on Gender Equality.
