KUALA LUMPUR: Police fear the abducted businessman who is popularly known as Bangsar Shan could have been murdered as there has been no ransom demand made to his family since he was attacked and taken away a week ago.
Police are working on a theory that R. Ravi Shankar, 40, who was abducted by five men posing as policemen in Kajang on Aug 28, could have been abducted and killed by his business rivals or those linked to the underworld.
